The Commissioner has just ruled that Britney will not have visitation restored, at least until the next hearing on February 19.

The order came after the testimony of several people, including two LAPD cops who responded to the craziness a week ago Thursday; Lisa Hacker, a parenting coach; Lonnie Jones, a bodyguard, and Pamela Strong, the court monitor who was present during the drama. K-Fed's attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, testified as well.

22. She needs help! And fast. This woman is so incredibly screwed up that the general public has no idea just how bad off she is. Someone needs to step up and have her hospitalized so she can get the kind of care she needs. It's pitiful.

29. It is so obvious she does not want these kids. Why is this Commissioner dragging this out at the taxpayer's expense?
He is incompetent IMO and has allowed Britney to get away with far too much for too long imo.

30. Good!! she doesn't want them anyway ! Poor kids.. Brittany is gone way past the deep end. I mean even a crazy person knows how to show up to court and at least try to act sane...she can't even do that! LOSER! And her paperazzi friend should be ashamed for not saying anything to her..I guess he is just collecting enough info to write his bestselling tell all book anyway so it doesn't matter. Sad
