6. According to the New York Post’s Liz Smith, while accepting an award from the National Board of Review, Clooney wisecracked, “Charlton Heston announced again today that he is suffering from Alzheimer's.”

When asked about the statement, Clooney told Smith, “I don't care. Charlton Heston is the head of the National Rifle Association. He deserves whatever anyone says about him.”

Heston wasn’t about to let the indignity go unchallenged. According to the World Entertainment News Network, Heston walloped Clooney by contrasting the actor’s demeanor with that of his late aunt, the singing legend Rosemary Clooney.

“It just goes to show that sometimes class does skip a generation,” Heston shot back.

It’s ironic that Clooney, who liberally spouts compassion, tolerance and sensitivity, would use a man’s illness as material for a joke.

11. Sheesh why does he have to be gay, I believe baseball and basketball are sports he may follow and can give you a team he likes. There's talk about him playing golf as well. He played baseball as a child and basketball. Not everyone is in to football. Also he was married sometime ago and vowed to never do it again. Sheesh

I mean u people have nothing but make fake lies about this man, he is gorgeous no matter what, i defend him all the way, and even if he is gay he is still GORGEOUS, he is not only sexy and desirable for all woman, I think, most of woman who come here in TMZ are religioust they come to pray for britney to heal or something, lol, but him, he is doing something, he was elected today by untied nation as THE MESSANGER OF PEACE, he is a big humanitarian, actor, sexy and all. i dont see how can anybody make him look ugly, look at his smile, oh ma ma mia im in love, but again, he has a girlfriend, he is maybe little conservative and protective, he looks happy with his girlfriend, they look nice couple, he respect women.
