242. There is a difference between having your parental rights terminated and not getting any visitation. I don't think Kevin is trying to terminate her parental rights, he is just going for full custody. If Kevin is primary care-giver he is legally responsible for the children. Britney legally can't do anything with them except visit. If she loses her visitation she still has to pay child support. The court wouldn't even consider terminating her rights at this time. In fact, Kevin has indicated that he wants Brit in their lives if she would only get some help for her problems. Brit is not paying her fair share of child support at this time and Kevin probably will and should get it raised if he gets full custody.
