Though autograph seekers tried to get a rise out of the former moptop by shouting, "Sign for the dead people, sign for Martin Luther King," the Beatle stonewalled them all -- shouting and pushing his way through the crowd.

Ringo is a loser - he was a rubbish drummer anyway - I don't care if you are die hard fans. He came on british show jonathon ross and ripped his hometown of liverpool apart, he was up his own arse, playing the big superstar. We don't need that kind of patriotism!
The "noisy" autograph hounds you're observing in this video are NOT Ringo/Beatle fans, but sellers of merchandise on Ebay and other online auction sites. Ringo makes plenty of time for his fans, but at 67 yrs old he's not about to stand outside a New York hotel in freezing temperatures to sign for hucksters so they can make a free living off his back. Lastly, Ringo's wife Barbara (now 60 years old) was probably freezing her buns off and wanted get inside ASAP. Ringo's new release, "Liverpool 8" is brilliant. Enjoy his music, appreciate his legacy, and LEAVE HIM ALONE when he's in public. Thank you.
