one news channel said that the apartment he was found in was Mary Kate Olsens ???? Now there just saying an apartment??? So does anyone know the truth? I cant beleive he is dead , he was such an amazing actor and his Role in the new Bat man movie is going to be amazing , I mean have you seen the previews he is a great Joker!!! Its just so sad , what a nice talented man and im so sorry to the family , god bless our prayers are with you and your family !!

We should be united in this time of grief, not speaking ill of the dead. How would you feel if you had to find out about the death of a loved one via the media? Geez have some respect!

May the angels keep you safe on your journey to the heavens above. May we never forget the talent and the love that Heath brought to us all whether personally or through his many films. Do not remember him as he was found but remember him on his many beautiful joys and triumphs he had throughout his short life. May the heavens smile upon his daughter and keep her safe and may she always remember her daddy as he was and the legacy he left behind for her to continue on in his name.

Ambien is called Stilnox in Australia. This is a very controversial sleeping and drug. If Heath said he took a couple and only slept an hour, he may have taken extra in combination with other medications if he had pneumonia. I have the vibe he has died from a combination of accident and being ill. I would be very interested in the AMBIEN factor. Whatever idiots are saying it was BROKEBACK that put a curse on them, disturbs me greatly. That was one of the finest characterisations I have ever seen on film. It was a ROLE. There are such idiots everywhere. Rest in peace the finest actor of his generation.
