It sure looks ugly. At least there is room to add on for the next guy's number....nineteen.....easier to fix than a name I guess. That is going to look really tacky with a fancy dress and an "up" hair-do
No matter what it says - it's a god aweful tattoo. If it's that hard for people to figure out what it says and it's not even clever or pretty - what is the point?
