Miley Cyrus' Achy Breaky Stomach

Performing sugary pop tunes can make your stomach turn.

The Disney princess, 15, was singing to a sold-out crowd in New Orleans on Saturday when she announced she wasn't feeling well and left the stage. This young girl is a trooper -- she returned to the stage and finished performing -- while seated. Her daddy, Billy Ray, was so proud -- he came out and sang with her.

8. First off I was there with my girls. She did a great job and as far as being sick she was not on stage for about 1 minute and then she came back out. SHe is a kid and has done over 70 shows...so get off of her.
