61. GOOD now I only hope the Spears family will run back to court fast with the papers needed to even make medical decisions for their child and get Lufty and Adnan out of the way.

It is high time that this Sam person hands over every housekey and carkey including any car that is in Britneys name. Send him the bills for the cost Britney covered for his lifestyle too. Investiage how deep he was spying into her finances and analyse what that realy means. The same goes for this so called boyfriend Adnan.

I also pray the Spears family has excellent finacial advisers ready to WORK NOW AND FAST to protect Britneys assets in a smart and very long lasting way.

It would be wonderful if this courtorder will be renewed on monday and then for as long as it takes for Britney to get all well again.This is the only way to protect her from men who only want her to be able to use her.

64. Good grief! What good will a 48 hour conservatorship do-- especially if Britney gets out of the hospital and goes on another crazy tear like she did the last time? When this one expires, that vampire Lutfi will just be waiting in the wings to claim her again, and he'll make doubly sure to do everything he can to keep her away from anybody who can really help her. I wish the Court had extended it to 90 days-- time enough to get her on meds & on her way to being stable, get her financial assets & estate put into a trust, and get her out of the public eye for at least a short while. *sigh* I can't even begin to call how this one's going to end.

66. Jamie Spears won temporary conservatorship over daughter Britney today in a Los Angeles court decision. He has been granted power over her entire estate, as well as a civil restraining harrassment order against her sometime manager Sam Lutfi.

Jamie will now have control over Britney's medical treatment, her business and liquid assets, has the power to send a security guard to remove someone from her house and change the locks, can restrict and limit visitors at the hospital, and also approve and retain security guards and caretakers at the hospital.

The judge, Commissioner Reva Goetz, granted the temporary order because she did not feel she had the proper amount of time to review the wealth of materials and wanted the weekend to go over it all. She scheduled the next hearing for this on Monday, February 4. The restraining order against Sam, which is for 21 days, will be revisited on February 22.

Lynne's sister sat between Lynne and Jamie during the hearing, and Jamie emerged from the courtroom with bloodshot eyes. Britney's parents made no comment to reporters.

Jamie will share conservatorship on Britney's business affairs with lawyer Andrew Wallet.
