THESE POWERS ARE TOO FAR RANGING AND TOO OPEN TO ABUSE, IMAGINE YOURSELF IN THE SAME POSITION BECAUSE THESE LAWS APPLY TO YOU TOO. IF THIS FAMILY FAIL TO ALLOW BRIT ACCESS TO SAM, THIS MAY TURN INTO A MEGA TRAGEDY AFTER ALL BECAUSE HE DIDN'T LET HER DOWN UNLIKE HER SPONGING FAMILY & K-FED, HE GOT HER TO ACCEPT HELP! THEIR BARRING OF HIM MAY JUST UNDO ALL THE GOOD JUST ACHIEVED BY GETTING HER TO ACCEPT HELP!

39. Thank Gawd! This is a good thing! Watch out paparazi's! I saw on the news last night that West Hollywood city council is about to place a saftey ordeniance (spelling?) against you guys so better be prepared to get a ticket or go to jail! I certainly hope the Brit does go back to Louisiana and get herself together for herself & her boys. NO ONE (famous or not) deserves to be stalked & takin advantage from leeches like Osama. I have a question - where is Adnen??? Did he get deported??? He's no where near by.... Makes you wonder where the heck he's at???

Do you really think that the family are the wolf here?
Britney's downward spiral picked up speed when:
1. Sam entered this "role" in her life
2. Her parents were pushed out of her life.............. (he probably started the Lynne-bashing then, not just the last 2 days)...

Britney is in dire need, notonly of a correct medical diagnosis. but TLC.
She's been suffering from K-fed's crap, loneliness, intrusion AND THE REST. And having people like SAM go along with bad ideas meant that it all just got worse - SAM wasnt going to do right by her, because by being a YES-MAN he made sure he got his wages (and the parties and the Hollywood life). And now he want's press too - like every other "friend" in her life.

The "temporary" control means they can ensure they get the best help for her, and to make sure people like SAM don't abuse their position. Is there any one else that will do better for her???
Anyway. Its reported that the Spears hatched the plan. And that he was the one that was agreeable to her resisting in the past. How do we know the truth anyway?!


Her parents aren't going to be cashing in so easily - they have to make decisions for HER own good with her estate. Legally. And there is a co-conservator - a lawyer - who also has a legal duty to do right by Britney.
Rather have the family in temp control than Sam.

45. I am also a Legal Conservator for a severely disabled adult child, who is also an L.A. County Resident. Financial Accounting Reports are made to the L.A. County Superior Court. Much legal oversight takes place during any Conservatorship, I also have an attorney to deal with my daughters financial matters. Jamie Spears DOES NOT have "carte blanche" with Britney's assets. Her assets ARE SAFE. With conservator(s) being appointed it is a triple-fiduciary responsibility regarding Britney's assets: the Conservators, Jamie Spears and Attorney Wallet, agree to manage the assets and the County of Los Angeles Probate Court will oversee the matter. The first thing they'll do, once the order is made longer, is an audit of her finances. Then, they'll "clear-away" any and all spending / debts that are suspicious... i.e.: Lutfi, Adnan, and the various hangers-on and assorted leeches.

They also must act in her "best interests." They are not going to willy-nilly release medical records to the public. They would be HAMMERED by the court. And this being Britney Spears assets we're talking about here? This will come under a microscope.
