Judge to Sam -- Stay Away from Britney!

The judge in the hearing today has issued a restraining order against Sam Lutfi -- ordering him to stay away from Britney Spears.

The judge found that Lutfi has been harassing Britney. Thus the civil harassment restraining order.

This will effectively bar Lutfi from going to the hospital.

The restraining order is in effect for 22 days, but court observer and uber-attorney Goldie Schon tells TMZ that Brit's folks could turn it into a permanent order at the end of those 22 days.

347. I agree with Happy to me, I saw that clip and it was scary. It could be from drugs and alcohol, nobody knows. What I do know is stuff like this just doesn't happen it comes from somewhere but who's to say it's the people around her. Why blame them? KFed might be a jerk BUT you don't hear that he didn't show up for court. He might have been a crappy dad at the beginning but I think he stepped up and is giving the kids what Brittney can't and all she is doing is hurting and confusing those kids.
The bottom line is this the girl needs help she is a ticking time bomb and who knows what will happen next. She obviously needs medication if that doesn't work throw her in a rubber room. When she shaved her head that was a cry for attention or help, she had a big name, people with that big of a name don't just walk into a salon and shave their head it's all about apperance.
Everytime you turn around there is something on the news or on the radio about her I'm sick of hearing about it get the girl the help she needs and let her and everyone else in the world move on.
