Britney Court Blow-By-Blow

Here are the headlines from today's court hearing:

Jamie Spears is still the co-conservator of Britney's estate, as is Andrew Wallet.

The Commissioner did not give the conservators the power to fire Trope and Trope, Brit's divorce lawyers.

The Commissioner said, based on the restraining order, Sam Lutfi can have no contact whatsoever with Britney -- including e-mails, phone contact, etc.

The Commish extended the conservatorship to Valentine's Day.

The Commissioner said Adam Streisand had no legal basis for claiming he's Britney's new lawyer. There will be a hearing at some point to determine just how mentally competent Britney is.

3. How can the Commish not get control over this degenerating situation and did a doctor testify? Impressed that the medical field has shown itself to honorable and not in the fracas of drama. Who cares about the lawyers and vultures, it is going to come down to medical science and facts.

4. This all sounds reasonable. Britney is clearly not rational so she can't make legal decisions or even hiring decisions at this point. Lufti is out. Just great. A total leech and an enabler too. I hope Trope and Trope back off now and stop communicating with Lufti. Given what the court investigator is saying, they can't suggest that Britney has a clue about who is actually able to help her make decisions.

13. Finally a Calif decision that really has the best interest of Brit--bye Adam-hope you enjoyed your 15 min of fame--sure hope the court sees the Adam guys behavior by providing TMZ with hearing info and does something about it!!!!!

14. You know, all kidding aside, I really feel badly for this girl. She's obviously not well and hasn't been for a while and I honestly think the people around her (paps included) did everything possible to make her even more crazy just for a good story. They should be ashamed of themselves. I've heard them all screaming "You're FINE" to her while they frenetically snap pics of her.

I'm so glad she in the hospital under a GOOD doctor's care and that her parents are finally there trying to take care of her. I'm sure they have her best interests at heart. Sam and Adnan need to GET AWAY cause all they care about is the FREE RIDE.

Poor thing. I hope she gets better soon.
