33. I don't understand what right the divorce attorneys - the one's who attempted to dump her before realizing that they can get more billable hours from a crazy woman - have to interfere in other legal issues.

34. Good, bad or ugly, her father is the rightful one to have control over this situation along with the third party convservator. This will an excellent move on Mr. Spears' and his legal teams part considering this removes him from any suspicion of inpropriety.

It's easy for someone to be manipulated when they are in the throws of mental health issues and that certainly seems to me what happened to BS. I'm sure she would've believed those two idiots had they told her the grass was blue and the sky was green because of how manipulative they seem to be. It wouldn't take much to start saying crap about her parents.

And I think it's curious that out of the two parents, he's the one who still works and has lived within his means from HIS career; not his daughters. To me, that speaks volumes.

37. Well duh! Of course there hasn't been any changes in the custody visitation. They should have just cancelled that one! All bets are off until she gets better. They just HAD to go to court so they could collect their fee.

39. Why are attorney's who specialize in divorce representing her in estate affairs??? Did they just take that responsibility over? That's not right. The court should appoint someone else to handle the estate stuff. Not attorney's who don't deal in it day in and day out.

41. Doesn't the conserators have to answer to the court about the money already? I thought that they went through the courts to pay any money out and they have to have the courts permission to do any spending>

42. When is it finally enough? Thousands of people suffer from mental illness their entire lives and what needs to be done gets done. Its about time that her "celebrity status" is thrown out the window and whats done for everyone is done for her. Either she wants to get the help and start seeing her kids again or she doesn't. And please her parents should be the last people to be the conservator. Did everyone forget all the problems they have been having? Would your first concern be lets go to court and get complete control of her money if this was your kid? Not mine my kids health and welfare come befor any amount of money. Just something to think about.
