Preggers Gwen Stefani, hunkband Gavin and son Kingston were spotted at JFK airport where she played with lil' King as they waited for a flight. How does she travel, pregnant, with a baby and all that gear, and still look that good?!

The 38-year-old is expecting her second child this year -- it'll be Gavin's third. He found out in 2003 that he was the father of his goddaughter. A family affair.

4. 1. She doesn't look good...she looks like some braod covered from head to toe in scarves, jackets and hats.

2. Nobody looks good with a screaming rug rat sitting on them...plus wearing sunglasses INSIDE makes you look like a complete self aware douche.

3. Nothing screams "class" like finding out your goddaughter is in fact your own. That means either YOU are a lowlife scumbag, the Girl involved is a first rate whore, or both. No winners there....just loosers.

13. By the time that kid hits about 15, he's gonna have to get to sewing his pants shut. Unless of course he somehow turns out average looking and those two have no careers by then.
