Matthew McConaughey is ditching his plush beachside trailer for a real, foundation-and-all house -- dropping a whopping $10 mil for this "new" Malibu pad. That's a lot of mediocre comedies!
While the old house looks Clampettish, the real find is in the acreage, which, according to L.A. Times Hot Property, provides plenty of space for Matt's three Airstream trailers.
Yesterday, TMZ spied workers constructing the new wing, presumably for McConaughey's love child with girlfriend Camilla Alves.

...well , that is just riviting video!!..good job, I see awards coming ur way!
Are you freaking kidding me? that was the worst video in the history of TMZ---why even post it?
He was living in an RV park? I guess that's not so bad in Malibu. Malibu is more rustic than people realize...if he was the "posh" type he could always lay his precious body down in BH or Bel Air. No wonder he was always running on the beach. Not a bad life let's face it.
Mediocre McConaughey wants one of them there cement ponds for his new little bumpkins to go fishin' in.
I think Matt and the little woman are getting ripped off - badly!
Has anyone ever actually paid money to see one of his movies at a theater?
Yep, that's McConaughey's place. Recognize that hammick anywhere.
I really don't think too many houses look that good with construction vehicles parked in front of them! Even $10M houses! Idiots
If I were the child's mother, I would demand a nice home and insist he not live there, and Matthew can have visiting privileges.
I agree with the other comment....are the workers legal? Maybe TMZ should investigate that and help our country out
