I hate to defend her but she has the right to eat anywhere she wishes without having her picture taken. Here's how the new pap laws should read:
No pics of minors, including celebs and their children, without parent's written permission.
No pics of anyone inside of any vehicle without their written permission.
No pics taken of anyone on any private property without written permission.
No pics of people entering or leaving any business, conducting any business including outdoor cafes.
Celebs should only have their pics taken if they are attending an event. When they are not working they deserve just as much privacy as the rest of us, the tabloids and TMZ would still have plenty to keep them busy. Freedom of the press is crucial in any democracy but paps are not journalists and they have abused their position to the point where they are going to be curtailed.
