If the police were around it is more likely Brit would be charged with public indeceny (or the equivalent provision under calif. law). We aren't allowed to flash ourselves in public like that, it's against the law. Would you react the same if it was a guy always letting his thing hang out when the press were taking pics of him??

Sweetie...I'd say the judicial system has already done that. If he were innocent of the claims against him don't believe the judge would have court ordered him to stay away. Would like to see his ass in jail. As for living in another country...I've lived in many as a military brat and I'm happy here thank you. It's the best place I know. Certainly not perfect by any means but okay by me. And I believe in karma. Even if this vermin doesn't face any consequences for his vulturous behaviors it will come back to him eventually.
