President Bush is in Africa pledging money to help their country with education and other needs. So stop the crappy, stupid, moronic statements, TMZ. He has done more to help Africans with AIDS than other president. He tripled aid to Africa. He didn't make a big deal about but they do treat him very good because they are grateful. Clinton never helped them with this epidemic.

The governor of the state of Louisiana.....would NOT allow the National Guard in for days. It was up to her. She didn't seem to know what to do. The national guard can not just go into a state and help out without the governor giving thier ok on this. Do you all understand simple American government and how it works?? And the governor was a woman.
