Javier (or, as Regis had it, X-avier) Bardem and Penelope Cruz went out in public last night -- but still tried their damnedest to not get photographed together.
The down low couple tried to use Villa's infamous (and ridiculous) curtain cave to go in and out of the club incognito. It didn't work.
