Sorry Princess Buttercup, there's a new chick in Sean Penn's life -- smokin' hot palm tree Victoria's Secret model Petra Nemcova.
Penn and Nemcova were spotted out together twice this weekend as the couple celebrated Sean's Oscar shutout last night at Villa.
Penn split with his wife of 11 years, Robin Wright Penn, back in December.

15. Some men just have no shame! Just separated and presumably not yet divorced, at least have the decency to keep your new relationship private if only for the sake of the two teenage kids. Robin was married to this jerk for 11 years but they were in a relationship for much longer, in fact from about 1990, and his kids (if not his ex) surely deserve a little more respect. Petra Nemcova just can't seem to stop her quest to find a rich and famous American husband. A real tart.
