TMZ's photog told one of the dumbest jokes to Eugene Levy outside Mr. Chow last night -- and the guy actually laughed at it!
It must have been a pity chuckle, there were better gags in Levy's "Dumb and Dumberer: When Harry Met Lloyd" ... and that's not saying much.

Stop making fun of the photographers. Most of these photographers are immigrants, and it's difficult for immigrants to make a living in the U.S. Show these photographers some respect, at least they're doing their best to make money and not committing crimes!
