TMZ's photog told one of the dumbest jokes to Eugene Levy outside Mr. Chow last night -- and the guy actually laughed at it!
It must have been a pity chuckle, there were better gags in Levy's "Dumb and Dumberer: When Harry Met Lloyd" ... and that's not saying much.

4. "Did you have some Chinese pie?" Is that what the photog asked? Not only is that not funny, but it makes absolutely no sense. I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul.

6. Stop making fun of the photographers. Most of these photographers are immigrants, and it's difficult for immigrants to make a living in the U.S. Show these photographers some respect, at least they're doing their best to make money and not committing crimes!
