The 50-year-old former actress resurfaced at a NYC premiere on Tuesday, looking ferocious.
In April, Donna will celebrate her 25th wedding anniversary to Dan Aykroyd.
According to IMDB, Donna hasn't worked since 1997.

13. #10-The before picture she had an open-mouth smile, which raises her eyes, and her chin was down and she was making an effort to make them wide. The now picture, she is merely slightly grinning and looking onward without affectations. Her skin looks normal and she has the lines of a woman who has lived clean and happy.
