Many celebrities have begun punking the paps........been going on for weeks now. TMZ is just slow on the uptake.
I can confirm that is not Lisa Rinna, I just left La Quinta Resort in Indian Wells, she was there with Harry and her two beautiful daughters. All was well and they were having fun, that shot is not the resort.
As someone stated earlier, Lisa has had these lips long before injections became popular. These are her natural lips, much like Angelina Jolie's lips are natural also. There are people we all have known that have natural large lips. Just because so many others attempt to inject their lips to make them larger, which often looks unnatural, we can't clump all people in one category and assume they had injections.
What about the people who have naturally large breasts? I know people who have to defend themselves when they have naturally larger than average breasts. This is ridiculous.
I don't think Lisa should have to go around with a sign on her lips stating, they're mine and they're real! I don't think people should assume all people with larger than average features have had injections or surgery.

As far as the lips go, I believe her bottom lip is natural but the upper lip has been enhanced. I've seen older pics of her and she's definitely done something.
I don't think her lips are naturally that puffy. I remember reading somewhere that she's paid about 120 G's for those lips.
