Jamie Lynn Spears is packin' baby, but her man is packin' too, and he's pointing his piece at a photog!

Casey Aldridge was pissed at a pap who allegedly shot this video on private property -- Jamie says it was private, the pap says it wasn't. Anywho, watch closely as Casey takes the gun from his lap and kinda points it in the direction of the pap, telling him to get the hell on a public road. Yessir!

13. That pap is a moron! He had to know he was on private property.... He should count himself lucky that he doesn't get arrested for trespassing. The video clearly shows he's on a private access road which is "PRIVATE" property. Even in the boon docks of Louisiana we drive on paved roads. One of these times someone might be hunting in them thar woods and uh oh.....

15. Not only does he have a right to carry a weapon on his property, but in most of the South, he has a right to carry a concealed weapon, period. I suggest you keep your smart mouths and sorry asses to yourself, know what I mean?
