I am going to have to defend Gummi today. He is doing what is required of him as far as being in court. He has a JOB and he is not answering questions about his brother! He is not responsible for his brothers actions!

I do not condone the reason he is in court at all...........however, he is taking responsibility for his actions. Something his brother could learn from!

Harvey at TMZ seems to for whatever reason like to print stories about this nobody and his brother. If not for TMZ we would NEVER hear about either of these losers. It seems like you only have to be 20something and a bar whore to get onto TMZ.

I can see the story being posted. He's a friend of Paris, or whatever, but that video was embarrassing. "you gettin' some new suits?" "Have you ever used those words in public, like your brother?" Stupid. Embarrassing. Pointless.
