He's off the hook -- for now -- on entering a plea in his heroin possession/DUI case, but Jason Davis was still grilled about his racist, homophobic brother Brandon.
A slim (for him) Gummi showed up at court today but the matter was continued until May 12, pending results of a blood test taken the day of his arrest. BTW Gum Gum-- the glasses won't help your case.

I am going to have to defend Gummi today. He is doing what is required of him as far as being in court. He has a JOB and he is not answering questions about his brother! He is not responsible for his brothers actions!
I do not condone the reason he is in court at all...........however, he is taking responsibility for his actions. Something his brother could learn from!

Harvey at TMZ seems to for whatever reason like to print stories about this nobody and his brother. If not for TMZ we would NEVER hear about either of these losers. It seems like you only have to be 20something and a bar whore to get onto TMZ.
Has anyone else noticed that no other outlet talks about these two other than Harvey? I think he has the hots for them... Why else would he keep mentioning these non-celebs every day?

to David: So you're saying anyone who paris hilton knows is an instant celeb? No way!! TMZ needs to be very careful. I h eard there's a tv show going out right now sending out total zeros to Sunset strip bars to see how long it takes to get complete unkowns onto the site. The way TMZ (Harvey Levine) seems to put just about anyone who drinks or does drugs on the site, these girls/guys are certain to pull this prank off on TMZ.
