As part of his divorce settlement with ex Pamela Bach, David Hasselhoff will maintain possession of his biggest asset -- his name.
Specifically listed in the divorce settlement filed today, Hasselhoff keeps the rights to the name "Hoff" and the catchphrase, "Don't Hassle the Hoff" in countries throughout the world.
Bach and Hasselhoff will split their Encino, Calif. home 50/50. Bach also gets two cars (a 2006 Mercedes and a 1999 Lincoln Navigator), half of their joint checking account and the balance of a few other bank accounts -- one of which has a whole dollar in it!
For his part, the Hoff gets control of several accounts of his own, various items of furniture and a few cars. He also has to fork over $21,000 a month in spousal support and $4,000 a month in child support for the couple's two kids, Hayley and Taylor.

Doesn't he have full custody? When did she get that.
Also kfed might get $12,000 but doesn't get any spousal support whereas she does. And those kids have a right to live in a lifestyle they've become accustomed to or deserve. Thats why.

We don't know how much is in those bank accounts she got but if it's a lot she can provide the lifestyle they've become used to without the need for exuberant child support.
Besides the $4000 is for the kids not her, and her $21000 is not solely for her but for her to live on which means spending it on those children.
She's in effect getting $25,000 compared to kfeds $12000. But doesn't he have custody? so why is she getting anything

I remember after he was awarded custody she started demanding child support and people were confused then.
