The 68-year-old giant talent resurfaced at a Vegas event on Saturday, looking nice.
At nearly 7'2", Kiel suffers from a hormonal condition called acromegaly.
Richard has four children with his second wife.

3. A good friend had a chance to talk with him for a bit and he said that Mr. Kiel is a Super Nice Guy! Bright too!

7. Met him at a Sci-Fi convention a few weeks ago. REALLY NICE GUY. To get around though, he had to use those red motorized seated scooters. Felt kinda bad seeing that. My prayers are with him... If I was some big Hollywood producer, I would give this man a job! (Like what Adam Sandler did in "Happy Gilmore"!)

9. Met him about a year ago in Vegas doing an autograph signing at a memorabilia shop at the Aladdin i think it was. He was very friendly and actually seemed to enjoy meeting the people there.

13. He was also played all the Kanamits in The Twilight Zone episode, "To Serve Man". Having never met the man, he does seem like a friendly giant!

14. For those who don't know, Kiel was the giant alien in the TWilight Zone episode "To Serve Man". He did not speak in that episode, as there was a voiceover for his character.
