Dr. Phil's Moment of Truth

It's sweeps again in television land and since he can't exploit Britney Spears or a teenage girl accused of being the ringleader of a high school beatdown -- Dr. Phil has turned to ripping off a popular reality show.

TMZ TV exposed how the good doc's using a polygraph, a child molestation victim, and fancy graphics all in the name of ratings.

5. Isn't that what TV is about? Ratings?

And now you're trying to increase your own popularity by getting people riled up about him.

Oooohh.... TMZ .... they exposed Dr. Phil! The great gods of TMZ... behold!

6. It's amazing how he jumps on all the headline news. Now it's the Texas religious cult! Give us a break! Notice how his show is getting more and more dramatic, with outbursts like Jerry Springer? He is really trying to rake in the ratings! What a loser! The more he pushes the envelope, the more hated he becomes.

7. Oprah needs to get him on her show and to publicly ream him out like she did with James Frey (author of a million little pieces...not a memoir but mostly fiction.) James was another one of her prodigies.

15. hun at TMZ who wrote this? um...

I'm not a big Dr. Phil fan but um...

Dr. Phil was doing lie detector tests long before moment of truth.

As did Maurry
As did Judge Judy
As did People's Court
As did Judge Joe Brown
As did Judge Mathis
As did Montel
As did everyone in law enforcement

also, how did you expose him? He was promoting this episode weeks in advance, showing the lie detector test clip in the commercials.

You can't expose something someone's not hiding.

"I'm Just saying."
As did a crap load of other people long before moment of truth
