Naomi Campbell lit up a cigarette and nonchalantly puffed away while dining at New York restaurant Nello last night.

For the record, smoking has been banned in NYC restaurants since 2003. Also for the record, we wouldn't risk a beatdown by asking Naomi to put out her cigarette either.

4. You know what, I'm really really sick of these restaurants and clubs not getting busted when they break the law to cater to celebs. From the nightclubs letting in the Olsen Twins and Lindsay Lohan when they were under 21, to restaurants in LA letting Brittney Spears change her kids diaper on the table, to this place letting that psycho Naomi Campell light up. This is ridiculous.
