125. Another celebrity gets a slap on the wrist. Ok, so the passenger wasn't wearing a seat belt, but Nick (THE DRIVER) made the conscious choice to race like a dumbass. Also, everyone out there knows that had it been you or me driving we would've gotten the full sentence and lost our driver's license for a really long time. That prick Hogan showed no remorse whatsover and neither did his family. You all should check out the DVD STREET RACING LUNATICS. It features all the Hogans street racing. It even shows Linda, with Brooke in the passenger seat in their Mercedes street racing. Then Linda goes on to say that she loves illegal street racing, that she loves the thrill of going fast and running from the cops. She's denied that she said of course, must be a blonde moment or all that botox that went to the brain. This family sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

127. I am so glad this spoiled little ass clown got jail time! I am sure he will get special treatment in jail but at least he will be locked away. To bad when he gets out he will just go right back to doing whatever he wants. I hope he gets his ass kicked a few times in jail maybe that would teach him a lesson. I bet he cries like a little girl every night....

128. I think he should have gotten longer! If his father wasn't hulk hogan- he would have! im sick of these little kids getting away with anything. His parents should have taught him better not to drink and drive.. Its a really shame for his "friend" John and his family. He did his time in the war, and everyday they had to worry about what if something had happen?? And he comes back from doing his job- and helping our country and some freaking little spolied brat does that!!! I dont care if John was drunk or not because he was NOT THE ONE DRIVING! Since Nick is under the age of 17, his parents SHOULD pay a massive fine, and all of the poor kids hospital bills. I pray that John's family sues the CRAP out the stupid Hogans! Maybe if Hulk wasn't running around his wife- he would have better control of his children! Why does a 17 year old need a car that fast anyways?? great parents!

130. Once again here is JOHNS' DRIVING RECORD.... the judge said something like 'i hope you set an example like John did for his country" . Nick did exactly what he was taught BY John. His driving record from PINELLAS COUNTY ALONE!! shows he never wore his seatbelt, and drove like a JA .... before he went to IRAQ, He and Nick did the same thigs at the same age..... John prob cause someone to lose their life by reckelss driving.. KARMA BIOTCH!!

132. Another thing I don't see why people are saying it is partly the other kids fault for not wearing a seat belt. Maybe that could be remotely true if Nick wasnt DRUNK Imean could you really look at a victim of a drunk driving collision who wasn't wearing one and say "should of wore your seat belt you would have been 50% less hurt". 133. I think this is a terrible accident and I also believe that his families status is what got him off. I mean come on 8 months for drunk driving, underage drinking, vehicular manslaughter and maybe more. I mean people got more for stealing. justice can have no morals sometimes. Would 5years really of killed him. what if it was the other way around.How much you want to bet they would have thrown the book at him

134. i think Nick got enough time for this terrible accident. ofcourse he has remorse, and its sad for what has happened, but if it was Nick and not John would Nick's family be saying what John's family is sayiny? no--it was a accident and Nick has to live with it-- it's a shame but these things happen every day to people where alcohol is involved and the survivors have to live with their guilt every day.Leave him alone to do his time and thinking, he's very hurt also...no one is at fault when all were drinking,it's just sad to see this happen. Nick is a good young man himself and with help he will heal..my sympathy's to John's family and to Nick's family, as everyone suffers..
