Not all stars opt for plastic surgery when it comes to fixing those small imperfections, but a few might want to consider it. Especially after Dr. TMZ shows them what they could look like. Go ahead and be nosey!

2. Some of them look terrible with the new nose but Owen Wilson looks freaking great. I hope he looks at this site (and we all know he does) and takes your advise. He actually looks handsome!

5. This is the best warning against plastic surgery since Micheal Jackson's nose fell off. With the exception of Owen Wilson, none of these people look better, only different, in a Jennifer Gray-who is that?-way.

7. Hmm...I don't think it's judging these folks for NOT changing something they don't want to change, just a what if? Some might want to look at these photos and think about it & if some are thinking about it they should stop. Like SJP, that was not an improvement!

8. Some of the "After"'s look freaky.

Their current noses gives them character.

12. I think big noses are very sexy!!!! None of the celebrities supposedly "fixed" in these pics look better. Natural is always better. TMZ stop trying to "fix" people who don't need fixing!!!

14. The only good one was of Owen Wilson. He SERIOUSLY needs a nose job. I can't watch any of his movies because his nose is sooooooo gross looking. Get 'er done Owen! Absolutely no one would blame you!
