62. 55....Wonder what John's injuries would of been had he worn his seat belt. I do have children and they are held accountable for there own actions. If the make poor choices they suffer the consequences. I do not blame there friends when they make bad choices. John is and was the adult and He is paying for his own careless behavior. Well, now I've heard everything. Another "brain-dead", uneducated Hogan family member now attempting to blame the victim for the actions of drunken, over-indulged, uneducated, spoiled rotten, piece of crap Nick Hogan. The only thing John did wrong was to mistake money for class. Had he recognized the degenerate nature of this so-called "family" from the outset, he would have avoided them like the human plague they are.

65. To you people saying that the Hogans HAVE to be releasing the tapes because the cops wouldn't do that.... Have you morons ever heard of a little thing called the Freedom of Information Act? TMZ filed a FOIA request and got the tapes from the jail. Simple as that. On some of the tapes you hear a recorded voice telling Ms. Hogan and the Jailed Hogan Spawn that the call is recorded and monitored.

69. To #31 realty chk, the Bollea family chose to put themselves on the tube. Terry and Linda Bollea could have continued their lives without becoming "Hogan Knows Best". The chose the limelight and an insipid program showing them as their true, ignorant selves. Terry gets himself an award as Father of the Year, yet his son drives like a maniac and finally kills somebody they claim to love as a son and brother. And yes I said killed him. The living death consists of being hooked up to life support systems to keep you alive. They have lied over and over again about the medical condition of the young man and tried to put the blame on him rather than accept that they are responsible. As for the taped phone calls from jail, sorry to burst your bubble but all calls are monitored and recorded. They are all accessible to the public. The Bolleas just keep on digging that hole to hell deeper and deeper for themselves. Like FlBiker says, they are pinheads. No brains, no conscience, just selfish, self serving SOBS.

70. I don't know if the Hulkster is smoking Purple Urkle or Tom Cruise, but that is some deep stuff and I get it. That kid is damn lucky he has his pops calling him up at least trying to go deep with it. My Dad is a normal accountant type guy, and he wouldn't be quite as soothing or aggresive. He'd be quiet as hell. Nick will lose his mind a few times, but he will come out a better man, and I've had dozens of situations as a teen (I'm 33) where I had guys driving and drinking and trying to impress and I did likewise, and the feeling in the car is always beavis and butthead, uh huh huh, and whatever.

Bottom line: Cliche -- It's all fun and games until someone gets hurt, and that almost never deters young folks from doing whatever the hell they want. Nick was a racer but not NASCAR or anything. There was no reason John should have put his life in Nick's hands without knowing that he could die, and he probably didn't . That's how it goes.

As for him being segregated, why in the hell should he be? He didn't rape anyone, he didn't kill anyone, he was having fun with his best buddy (who would have known if he was drinking beforehand) and stuff went awry. Were the inmates jealous or there was no respect for the Hulkster? Come on, who didn't watch wrestling at one time before they went in the klink? He needs to have some interaction or he'll lose it. Get with the Woods Nicky boy, you'll be a nice addition. Give people hope.
