If this was a poor kid/family he would prob b charged as an adult the parents would ve been charge 4 supplying the drinks and poss endangering the well fare of a "minor". i agree there a "kids" younger than 17 doing harder time in general population & accept the responsibility of their actions. this self thing not sure if he;s human is ALL about ME ME ME. he should nt b allowed 2 drive ever again and should give lectures about the horrors of drinking & driving in the prison population (the oonly time he should c the great outdoors is when he's being transported from his cell to juvenile detention centers/boot camps/prison to speak about the dangers of his actions) of course someone 1 would have 2 write his speech. 88. This is not doing hard time. He is all by himself...no one to bother him. What kind of punishment is this? Now..if he was in the general population then he would be in real trouble. These stupid celebrity kids have no clue as what the real life is all about. If that was my son he would not be in a cell by himself. Nick Hogan did not mean for this to happen but it did. Putting him in jail really does not do anything. Why isnt he sentenced to working at a physical rehab center for 5yrs from 8-5 at min wage? That would be giving back to the community...to see the everyday struggles these people have to go through everyday. Instead he will get out early and go back on TV...there is just no justice in this world and never will be.
