Nick Hogan has finally gotten his wish -- kinda.
He's not going home to Mama, but Nicky Boy just got transferred out of his solitary cell and will be in a cell with three other juveniles ... and a TV.
The Pinellas County Sheriff's Office tells TMZ the transfer was made as a result of "ongoing assessments of inmate situations."

Has this kid done one day of legitimate work in his life? If not, I blame the parents. Who would be proud of this off-spring? Soap or no soap, this kid was meant to be the wife in a prison/jail cell.

Just call me trailer trash....:
he should get used to sharing a cell....because with his attitude and acceptance of responsibility I'm sure this isn't the last time he'll be seeing the inside of a cell
and his parents should get used to visiting him in jail cuz with the way they are helping him to accept responsibility and learning from his behavior they will be visiting him in jail a lot in the future

I believe this to be a fair resolution. NO house arrest but permit him to interact with others close to his age. I think solitary confinement for a minor is cruel and unusual punishment. Especially someone who has never been incarcerated earlier. I realize many of us want to see justice and may be angered over the recent events however, he still is a minor, with an undeveloped brain, and we need to treat incarerated individuals appropriately. This was definitely an appropriate decision.

well, well, well, it will be interesting to see what the little brat will find to complain about next. I am sure he will claim he has been threatened or his life is in jeopardy. I hope he is made so uncomfortable that he will be praying for Solitary confindement....Keep up the good work TMZ, anymore good tapes on him?
