9. he should get used to sharing a cell....because with his attitude and acceptance of responsibility I'm sure this isn't the last time he'll be seeing the inside of a cell

and his parents should get used to visiting him in jail cuz with the way they are helping him to accept responsibility and learning from his behavior they will be visiting him in jail a lot in the future

13. I believe this to be a fair resolution. NO house arrest but permit him to interact with others close to his age. I think solitary confinement for a minor is cruel and unusual punishment. Especially someone who has never been incarcerated earlier. I realize many of us want to see justice and may be angered over the recent events however, he still is a minor, with an undeveloped brain, and we need to treat incarerated individuals appropriately. This was definitely an appropriate decision.
