16. You can tell its 17 not only by the sevtn but the placement of the number 7 over the word. Trust me I buy a lot of lottery tickets. Not only that but they have the barcodes on them for a reason

17. How does not being able to read mean he automatically gets the 5 mil? I mean by using that logic, I could say, O I couldn't read that sign that said the speed limit was only 65 so I went however fast I felt like and try to fight a ticket. Thats just ridiculous. It seems to me that the printer had maybe something caught on it when they were printed. Why do you think that they put the words underneath the actual number. Just for this reason. Sorry dude. Guess you should quit wasting your time fighting this and buy another ticket maybe you will have better luck!

18. Every number has the word spelled out below it, on the other "7" it says SEVEN and on the top it says SEVTN also with the 28 and the 8. Whoever said it up top that BOTH the number and the WORD have to match. Quit bustin' balls dude, and by another ticket.

19. I am lucky enough to live across the street from Vinny Vella.
Not only is he a charming man, and a fine actor, he looks after the neighborhood and makes it feel like home.

20. A lottery ticket is just the same as a check! On a check you write the amount in numerics, but you also have to write out the amount alphabetically. If you write a check in the amount of $12,000 (Numerics) but its written out One Thousand Twelve Hundred and Zero Cents (alphabettically).... Guess what? The bank is only going to cash the check in the amount of $1,200 because that is what is written. On this lotto ticket you see a (7) with a scratched out (1)... but underneath you see SEVTN..... DUH! You are not a winner!
