Miss Washington should know better -- everything shows up on the Internet!
In a press conference today in Tacoma, Wash., Elyse Umemoto said the photos posted earlier today on TMZ were "stolen electronically" by someone she trusted.
Miss Bad Apple claims the photos were shot over two years ago, while she was Miss Seattle. The Executive Director of the pageant tells us the matter has been referred to authorities for investigation, although when we talked to local cops, they had no idea what we were talking about.
Umemoto -- who gets to keep her crown -- will be on hand this Saturday night to crown her successor.

I have seen worse. Those photos are nothing. That is all we need is more scandal. The lady is just having fun, take a look at more pictures from other young people and see how many are doing the same thing and everyone is saying that they are just having fun. GIMME A BREAK PEOPLE!!!!
Well, there's a shocker. A pageant participant who's not that bright.
My My! I would Love to see Men walking on Stage with there tight shorts on. YUM YUM!!
shes hot sexy and young she parties oh im shocked people grow up,its not a big deal and anyone who thinks otherwise needs to relax and enjoy life every once in a while LIGHTEN UP PEOPLE and pull the stick out of our BUTTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Do people actually attend pageants, other than friends and relatives? I don't see any purpose or entertainment value in them.
Ha, ha, Haaaaaaaa! This is rich. All you people saying, "Oh she was just partying. Or, what's the big deal?" Well, it is a big deal. You want to go out and party it up with lots of booze and liquour, and then make overt signs of oral sex, and pose prevocatively? Great! Do it! But that is not the role of a crown beauty queen of the state. The the contestants are fully aware of the image they are suppose to upkeep while they have the crown. This is a blantent, rude, disregard for the honor and priviledge that has been bestowed on them. I am actually not a huge fan of beauty contests, even though it may sound like I am. But I do understand the underlying principle this instituion invests in trying to preserve the title and contest as a wholesome image and one to be taken with great pride and humility, along with proper public graces and forms. Perhaps that is just an art that is long forgotten in all of the trash and grossness on the internet today. Oh Goddamn, if I won that crown I would be making the rounds sipping tea with upperclasses, not drinking beer and making grotesque finger signs with a bunch of loosers. Damn girl, get your crown on straight.
Right- blame everyone but yourself.
Nice sense of responsibility Miss Washington Beauty Queen
Punk rock rules.
Her upbringing and background are obvious contributors to who she is "in private". We should all thank her for sharing that privacy with us so we come to know how truly phony these Pageants and their Participants have become.
She has shamed the Pagent, her Family and Herself. Learn to Live with it the Rest of your Days My Dear.
same story over and over again.
Someone stole these private pictures(or video) and posted them on the internet.
