C-Rod to A-Rod: So, Did You Wiretap Me?

Cynthia Rodriguez wants to know everything about A-Rod's finances, and also if he's into wiretapping and putting private detectives on her.

In court documents filed in Miami last week, C-Rod is demanding Alex produce documents about all things financial -- tax returns, banking info, loan applications, stock info, wills and life insurance.

Now here's the juicy part. Cynthia wants "Any reports you have received from a detective, investigator or any other person based upon surveillance of your spouse." And, she wants "all tape recordings and other evidence prepared from tape recordings made in connection with any wiretapping or other electronic surveillance conducted by you or others on your behalf."

She also wants "all electronic evidence ... contained in all computers to which you have access" over the last three years. The demand includes iPhones, Sidekicks and BlackBerries.

first of all if they did have a pre-nup that means there is a set amount she would recive in the case of a divorce stemming from adultry. but if they got married when he wasn't half as big as he is now in baseball, then she's entitled to have the amount on the pre-nup raise by the same percentage as his pay moved up to. considering he just signed a $250,000,000 contract with the yankees im sure he'll live!!!!!!!

Yes, there was a pre-nup, but people u must understand that when there's a pre-nup. The pre-nup is only good if you have no fault in marriage failing. And since it was MR. A-Rod that had the affair with other ladies then that pre-nup is no good.. So all i have to say is: You go GIrl, get him for all he is worth!!! Make him pay!!

What a filthy pig....usually I support women in situations like this, however she was stupid enough to get pregnant after the blonde bimbo story last year. She's put herself in the position of being a scorned woman, probably not very good in bed, and the reason she couldn't even keep her man at home during off-season. Eighty percent of the women who marry these successful jocks are in it for the money knowing full well most will not be sexually faithful while on the road.

What does she have to hide herself? What's in her closet that she would be so paranoid? Maybe she did have a thing going with Lenny Kravitz afterall, eh?

Sounds like A-Rod wants his cake and eat it too! He doesn't want his wife doing anything while he's away, but it's ok for him to screw anything that walks...what a jerk! A prenup excludes adultery....his is where he is really screwed, hope all the ass he got on the road was worth half his fortune.

OK all you keyboard attorneys. A pre-nup is as good as the attorney who drew it up. You can add or exclude anything you want. Some pre-nups say if you cheat in X ammount of time then I get X ammount of dollars, but after Y ammount of time then I get Y ammount of money. Some exclude cheating, some don't. If you haven't read thier pre-nup then you have npo idea how much she will or willnot get. And yeah when he is getting called out for his infidelities, he can counter act the effect of it by proving she had infidelities of her own. When you are talking in the 100's of millions of dollars, the gloves come off. Personaly I think thhe women who marry these guys are after a good time, then ultimatly the money. And these stupid athletes that think they can marry some chick and she is not going to want your dough when they find out you are nailing strippers while you are on the road, well take a moment to think about the history of your felloe atheletes. DON"T GET MARRIED OR BE READY TO PAY THE PRICE OF INFIDELITY.

These are standard family law interrogatories. They are not specially drafted for this particular case, but are standard and used in every divorce. Once you file an action with the court, it sets in play certain due process rights. Those due process rights require the parties to exchange information. These written questions and requests for production are nothing more than the process to begin exchanging information. His lawyers will send the same interrogatories and request to produce to her lawyers. You shouldn't read anything nefarious into the request, or for the type of information requested, it is by the book.
