7. Why isn't he an unfit parent? no carseat and in the fron seat for the airbag to hurt the child?...or does it only count when Britney spears does dumb sunt? (or is only "news worthy?)

8. Shouldn't his kid be in the backseat? That car does have a backseat, albeit a small one, right? Here are the carseat laws http://www.carseat.org/Legal/636_CAlaw_guide.pdf
At minimum, his car has to have an airbag-off switch, which is only standard in two-seaters. It would be sad if his kid were squashed by an airbag. Obviously he's not tall enough for the airbag to hit him in the correct area; it'll hit his face. Come on, everybody else gets busted for improper carseat safety; you gotta bust Beckham, too.
