14. A friend of mine has the same problem, her baby toe is shorter and curved inward a little. She was born that way, the bone in that toe had a stunted growth, the same is true of her pinky fingers on her hands; they are shorter than her other fingers. It's nothing that we should all gawk at, it was a genetic defect.
