The Scene of Shia LaBeouf's Accident

This photo shows the frightening result of Shia LaBeouf's accident that caused his truck to flip over at around 3 AM this morning.

As we first reported, Shia faces misdemeanor DUI charges after he allegedly made an unsuccessful left turn in front of another car. Shia's truck rolled and he sustained an injury to his left hand that required him to have surgery. A female riding with him and the male driver of the other car sustained minor injuries.

You should change the headline to read "collision" It WASN'T an accident. It was driver error/drunk driving. You don't "accidentally" get in a vehicle drunk/impaired or whatever and "accidentally" turn left in front of another vehicle. By calling it an "accident" you're enabling the person(s) responsible.

Um, NO, kids, it actually doesn't. It shows a blurry scene of indiscernible vehicles that could have been taken anywhere. You'd have been smart to just delete that photo, TMZ, rather than put it up on your site and claim that it shows anything but a lousy photo and a willingness to post garbage simply so you can post something.
