Britney Spears appeared in Bel Air yesterday -- and the popwreck was all smiles during her visitation with sons Jayden James and Sean Preston. 
With Grandpa Jamie there too, it seems hospital observations and barefoot bathroom runs are now a thing of the past.

What TMZ is showing is that Britney doesn't stand a chance if she continues to live the Hollywood lifestyle. If/when she fully recovers if she resumes her music career the paps will still be all over her and I doubt she will ever heal to the point where she can take the pressure of all those cameras following her around 24 hours a day. She can only resume her music career and be well if she is ready to lead a normal grownup life outside of nightclubs. I wish her and her family the best.

jayden never smiles. in fact, i don't think his face knows any other expression. you can't diagnose autism until generally 2 years but i'm betting on that or fetal alcohol syndrome. i worked with kids with these diagnosis' for a long time.
