Paparazzi's are the only ones that suffer from "a star ran over my foot syndrome" (it nets a settelment later on) I hope Milo drove really slow, serves the guy right for standing too close to a moving vechicle. After all why would a photo be taken of a tire on foot rather then the subjects in the car? - just saying

It should read, "Intrusive, privacy-disregarding photographer sticks foot under tire while jumping in front of moving car." Serves him right for being dumber than most 2-year olds, who do know to stay out of the way of moving car. Personally, I hope his foot hurts today...a lot.
Simple rule - jump in front of a moving car and you get run over. It is called physics. And the First Amendment makes no exemption or tolerance of idiots with cameras and zero regard for public safety. Free press - absolutely. Animal like photographers leaping in front of moving vehicles in traffic on public roads to get a hopeful nipple slip - not my concern.

I don't even want to hear about paps getting hit by cars. You'd have to be nuts to have sympathy for those guys. Even the most virulent anti-celeb person agrees the paps are out of control and askin' for trouble when they stand in the way of CARS.
