I was there outside. Milo and Hayden were visibly ticked off about something. Probably because her parents were so drunk inside? Her PR guy came out about 10 minutes before and kept saying to the paps, "just be respectful, and they will stop and pose for a few shots. You'll get everything you need." he said. Not true! They bolted for the car so quick you could barely see them. That's when the paps stepped in front of the car to get some shots. The side windows are tinted so dark, you can't see anything. That's why they shot through the front window. If the windows weren't so tinted, they could shoot through the side more easily, and if they actually stopped for a minute, posed, signed autographs, there would be no need to shoot into the car at all.
As far as the running over the foot goes. Yeah, I don't think I can blame Milo or the pap, but he didn't really pull out straight. A soon as the door shut, he pulled out and to the left. When he turned the tire, that's when the guys foot went under it. Stupid to be so close in the first place, but no one got hurt, so that's a good thing.
If you're watching this stuff, and commenting about it, buying the magazines etc., then don't complain about paparazzi. YOU are the problem. When the public refuses to buy it, watch it, consume it, pay for it, then the demand will go away, the mags will stop paying paps ... problem solved. No pay = no paps. I doubt many of them would do it for free! I agree most are out of control, but they're not *all* bad. Some that I've met are actually fairly laid back guys just trying to make a living, an odd living yes, but since there's such a high demand for the photos/video, someone's gotta do it!
Good, I am glad the photogs foot was run over. If the photogs weren't so close to her car and everyone else they pursue, this wouldn't happen. Looks like the idiot got run over on purpose.
