DMX Is Getting the F Out of Florida

Even though he dropped an F-bomb on a Miami judge yesterday, DMX can finally get all the McD's he wants -- for now.

We're told his lawyer, former "Apprentice" could-a-been turned miracle worker Bradford Cohen, just worked out a plea deal with the judge: time served and about a $483 fine. D could've faced up to six years on the trying-to-score coke and pot charges, to which he plead guilty.

We're also told AZ lawmen have 15 days to collar him for all his eight zillion arrests there. If they don't, he's home free ... until the next time he gets arrested, which should be ...

Why are they letting this wussy "tough guy" menace to society leave Florida? Stupid dumbass can't keep out of jail. If I were the Arizona cops, I'd re-arrest his ass the second he steps out of the Florida courtroom. Braindead moron needs to learn that there's consequences for breaking the law; the easiest way to learn this is to do jail time. If there's no consequences, he'll just go back to doing dope. There's a reason they call it dope; it makes you into one...

Wow. your lawyer has to be a miracle worker to get you time served instead of 6 years for trying to buy some pot and blow? You have some rapists and murderers who don't get six years. Stop exaggerating...

On the flip-side, if dude is arrested again, he should be kicked repeatedly in his jewels for being such a #$%& on society.

Glad he's out of my beautiful state - but he's just going to someone else's to cause trouble. He needs to do some real time, and maybe Bubba can teach him a lesson or two!

I hope somehow the judge agreed to this plea deal because he knows that by pleading guilty, it helps another judge bust him harder as a repeat offender. This guy is such a idiotic, creepy tool and a waste of oxygen.

He probably has the lawyer on a lifetime retainer. Maybe we can swap this guy who's stealing our air out for a couple of McDonald's value meals. Hopefully no one decides to make him a spokesperson for the chain because then I'll have to stop eating there.
