We see Harry Dean Stanton at Dan Tana's nearly every night of the week, and we've been itchin' to know what's so good about it. The restaurant is famous for its steaks. Phil Spector went there the night of you-know-what and obviously wanted to kill for one.
So what drives HDS there?

(Page 1 of 1)Who the heck is HDS and why do we care why he's eating steak? All old people eat the same thing every night.
George Herbert Walker Chicken:
Somebody should be amassing hours of videotape of this guy - he's got more wisdom than the Dali Lama. He should have his own prime time show of an hour a night of this stuff - the world would be a much better place if they listened to Harry.
Dan Tana's is one of those overrated restaurants. They claim to show no special treatment towards celebs, but it is untrue. They ride you and rush you through your dinner (which was slop on a plate), and it was a thoroughly unpleasant experience. The service at Denny's is better.
Dan Tana's service and food is terrible. I don't know how they stay in business. Pretty soon it will be just toothless old A-listers who can't chew on their rubber steaks. They treat everyone like peons unless they're face has been in People. They are not the restaurant of "movers and shakers".
