Judge Wants Damon's Baby Mama in Cuffs

Damon Dash still hasn't seen his son for weeks -- even after a court edict -- and now a judge is going to haul the boy's mama back in cuffs if that's what it takes.

We've learned the judge in the Dash custody battle finally lost her patience and issued a bench warrant yesterday. Linda Williams is still defying the judge's order to return Damon II, whom she picked up weeks ago for a weekend visit and hasn't returned. The whereabouts of the child are unknown.

Our spies spotted Damon outside a Midtown hotel "pacing on the phone" for 45 minutes yesterday as the court drama went down.

1. Good for you Damon! It's nice to see a father who WANTS to have his child. There are so many kids who's fathers have abandon them. This seems so rare in this day and age!

He's a loser - He knows exactly where is son is - Fact is - His son doesn't want to see him - people - keep him mind that his son is almost 17yrs old and he is about 1 ft taller than his mom- there is no way she is keeping him hostage- Damon is loser looking for any publicity he can get - His son is with his mom, going to school which is exactly where he belongs - don't be so quick to judge why Damon is doing all of this - if you read these stories -the facts aren't even straight - just a few days ago he was only gone a week - when in fact its been a few months now - also - the bench warrant was being released last week - never happened - lol people - just a bunch of garbage!!

5. Fact of the matter is, the mom needs to abide by the rules. When fathers don't abide by the rules, they get put in jail, and have their faces plastered for non-payment. Fair is Fair!!!!

6. Damon Dash reportedly has two Tribeca, NYC properties in foreclosure. The legal bills are mounting, and the mother will probably argue that the teenager is exactly where he wants to be. Then she might ask for an even bigger payout.

I met Damon once, on Hudson Street. He was cordial, polite. I wouldn't wish this drama on him.

Met sister Stacey, too. Not as polite, probably believes her own publicity.

7. I know this dude, he is an a** h***!

He knows where to find the kid, he just wants to be in the news.

He doesn't want to pay child support.

The kid doesn't want to live with him anymore and never did. Maybe, he is happy living with his mother.

He isn't holding him against his will. He is about 6 feet tall and about 200 pound and almost 17 years old.

The kid knows how to take a cab, train and probably has friends that drive. If he wanted to leave, he knows how to leave!

Why don't they just go and pick her up already if there is an arrest warrent!

Anyone talk to the kid?

Did the judge or the lawyers speak with this kid?

14. It doesn' t make any difference about what his money problems are, the judge ordered him to live with Damon. She needs to follow the order or she'll never get him back. She's just displaying to the judge that decision of the court doesn't mean crap to her , just like men do when child support is ordered and they don't pay. Whether he's doing it for publicity or not, there is a order of the court in place and she's not following it.
