Mermaid Rides Bike, But Only for a Price

Daryl HannahDaryl Hannah is green with anger, claiming a hybrid electric bicycle company is using her fins to cash in.

TMZ obtained a lawsuit, filed by Hannah yesterday in L.A. County Superior Court, in which she claims the maker of a bike called Izip used her name and photo to promote the product on its website and catalog. The photo shows Hannah riding one of the bikes.

We kinda like this part of the suit: "Plaintiff will not voluntarily appear in print or other media unless she carefully selects and believes in the product, and unless the compensation she received is commensurate with the value of the exploitation..." In other words, everything has a price.

She's suing Currie Acquisition LLC for more than a mil.

Lets get this straight: she is not a slut -- she's a whore. A slut gives it away -- a whore has a price. Showing a picture of her using their product without paying is like some guy copping a cheap feel in a crowded bar. You want to play? Then you have to pay. But a million dollars? Honey, even NUDE on that stupid bike is NOT worth a million bucks. LOL

Yeah, so what? Isn't that just business? You want to use her likeness, you pay her and she has to agree to it.

so sad...I was on the LA river ride last year and Daryl was riding the izip bike she was given to her by the company for a promotion...now she is sueing them for doing so - she should be ashamed of herself. guess she has not worked in a while...
