Famous People Support Sarah Palin

10/3/2008 7:12 PM PDT BY TMZ STAFF

Don't believe us? Just look at this ad that showed up on Washingtonpost.com today.

The quote actually belongs to Wall Street Journal columnist Peggy Noonan -- she said it on NBC last night.

It was eventually switched and a McCain spokesman joked to WaPo, "Is she not a famous person? OK, so what's the problem?" You betcha!

I repeat if you don't want four more yerars of republican lack of concern and elitist politics then McCain is your man. She waffled and lost. Simple. A pre-read republican conservative robot. And she preaches family values, then why did she have an affair. The natural gas pipeline, only on paper. Troop leves are not down to teh pre-surge level in iraq she's living a famtasy here. And if Barak did drugs, or hung out with radicals you would be a major idiot if you think he'll take those beliefs into the whitehouse. Bush did coke, and clinton inhaled, let it go, and look to what has happened in your life time.

Fellow McCain/Palin supporters.....don't waste your time trying to educate these kiddies on how bad of a decision it is to elect Obama. When our country falls apart and we get bombed by every country out there(his friends).....people will see just how "cool" it was to vote Obama in. I actually want him in the White House just so I can laugh when things go completely wrong and people see how much his "experience" is worth. This guy is more proud of the countries that hate us and want us dead then he is of America. Hell his wife even said how "proud" she was of America. We all know why he is being put in the White House.....and it isn't experience.

oh yaaaaaaaaaaa

The handfull of Americans who would be Great as a President, wouldn't even WANT the job. Slim pickings is the way it will be forever now, nobody can have ghosts in their closets and the lack of privacy and the tech age has made it virtually impossible for the truly qualified to even get considered..darn shame.

ANYONE with half a brain knows that wikipedia can be edited and is not a reliable source. If you are using wikipedia as a source...YOU ARE A RETARD!

Bottom-line. If you think this country has gone in the right direction the last 8 years, vote for mean grandpa and the woman who will set back women's rights 50 years. If you are ready to take America back...VOTE DEMOCRATIC.

Pretty simple. No debates needed.

Pncmsing, did you forget that the entire time all these things were happening the Democrats were in power in both the House and the Senate and therfore had the numbers necessary to vote against anything they didn't want, but since part of what you said is true, at least some of the Democrats must have voted with the Republicans to make these things happen. Did you also forget that John McCain brought a bill to the Senate more than once to put the brakes on the out of control FreddieMac and FannieMae and the bill was voted down by Democrats and I think most people will admit that the out of control lending practices encouraged by FreddieMac and FannieMae have had a major impact on the economy that we see today.

oh yes, Wikipedia, that bastion of journalism. You gotta be kidding me. Wikipedia is an online encyclopedia written by any user who wishes to. I could go over to McCain's entry and say he skinned a 1000 puppies and it would show up there. Get your facts straight #2!!!!

Me, myself and I

This from Fox news:

Note: There is much more before what I copied, - about a conflict of interest charge against Barney Frank for voting on Fannie Mae regulations which his lover worked for.
__________________________________________________________
Frank met Moses in 1987, the same year he became the first openly gay member of Congress.

"I am the only member of the congressional gay spouse caucus," Moses wrote in the Washington Post in 1991. "On Capitol Hill, Barney always introduces me as his lover."

The two lived together in a Washington home until they broke up in 1998, a few months after Moses ended his seven-year tenure at Fannie Mae, where he was the assistant director of product initiatives. According to National Mortgage News, Moses "helped develop many of Fannie Mae’s affordable housing and home improvement lending programs."

Critics say such programs led to the mortgage meltdown that prompted last month’s government takeover of Fannie Mae and its financial cousin, Freddie Mac. The giant firms are blamed for spreading bad mortgages throughout the private financial sector.

Although Frank now blames Republicans for the failure of Fannie and Freddie, he spent years blocking GOP lawmakers from imposing tougher regulations on the mortgage giants. In 1991, the year Moses was hired by Fannie, the Boston Globe reported that Frank pushed the agency to loosen regulations on mortgages for two- and three-family homes, even though they were defaulting at twice and five times the rate of single homes, respectively.

Three years later, President Clinton’s Department of Housing and Urban Development tried to impose a new regulation on Fannie, but was thwarted by Frank. Clinton now blames such Democrats for planting the seeds of today’s economic crisis.

"I think the responsibility that the Democrats have may rest more in resisting any efforts by Republicans in the Congress or by me when I was president, to put some standards and tighten up a little on Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac," Clinton said recently.
___________________________________________________________________________

So, now the democrats are blaming the republicans for our financial meltdown, but look what really happened. Seems to me, that the republicans were trying to stop this by making sure that only people who could actually afford their mortgages, were deemed qualified to receive them.

Excuse me number 17 (justin) so are you saying that you don't think that everything has fallen apart in the past years? An unjust war, the economy, our civil rights being stripped little by little is ok with you? You really are a dumb ass if you say that none of those things are true. People of your ilk are just as much to blame as the criminals who have hijacked our country.

2. Around 1979 Obama started college at Occidental in California . He is very open about his two years at Occidental, he tried all kinds of drugs and was wasting his time but, even though he had a brilliant mind, did not apply himself to his studies. 'Barry' (that was the name he used all his life) during this time had two roommates, Muhammad Hasan Chandoo and Wahid Hamid, both from Pakistan . During the summer of 1981, after his second year in college, he made a 'round the world' trip. Stopping to see his mother in Indonesia , next Hyderabad in India , three weeks in Karachi , Pakistan where he stayed with his roommate's family, then off to Africa to visit his father's family. My question - Where did he get the money for this trip? Nether I, nor any one o f my children would have had money for a trip like this when they where in college. When he came back he started school at Columbia University in New York . It is at this time he wants everyone to call him Barack - not Barry. Do you know what the tuition is at Columbia ? It's not cheap to say the least! Where did he get money for tuition? Student Loans? Maybe. After Columbia , he went to Chicago to work as a Community Organizer for $12,000 a year. Why Chicago ? Why not New York ? He was already living in New York .

By 'chance' he met Antoin 'Tony' Rezko, born in Aleppo Syria , and a real estate developer in Chicago . Rezko has been convicted of fraud and bribery this year. Rezko, was named 'Entrepreneur of the Decade' by the Arab-American Business and Professional Association'. About two years later, Obama entered Harvard Law School . Do you have any idea what tuition is for Harvard Law School ? Where did he get the money for Law School ? More student loans? After Law school, he went back to Chicago . Rezko offered him a job, which he turned down. But, he did take a job with Davis, Miner, Barnhill & Galland. Guess what? They represented 'Rezar' which is Rezko's firm. Rezko was one of Obama's first major fina ncial contributors when he ran for office in Chicago . In 2003, Rezko threw an early fundraiser for Obama which Chicago Tribune reporter David Mendelland claims was instrumental in providing Obama with 'seed money' for his U.S. Senate race. In 2005, Obama purchased a new home in Kenwoood District of Chicago for $1.65 million (less than asking price). With ALL those Student Loans - Where did he get the money for the property? On the same day Rezko's wife, Rita, purchased the adjoining empty lot for full price. The London Times reported that Nadhmi Auchi, an Iraqi-born Billionaire loaned Rezko $3.5 million three weeks before Obama's new home was purchased. Obama met Nadhmi Auchi many times with Rezko.

Now, we have Obama running for President. Valerie Jarrett, was Michele Obama's boss. She is now Obama's chief advisor and he does not make any major decisions without talking to her first. Where was Jarrett born? Ready for this? Shiraz , Iran ! Do we see a pattern here? Or am I going crazy?

On May 10, 2008 The Times reported, Robert Malley, advisor to Obama, was 'sacked' after the press found out he was having regular contacts with 'Hamas', which controls Gaza20and is connected with Iran . This past week, buried in the back part of the papers, Iraqi newspapers reported that during Obama's visit to Iraq, he asked their leaders to do nothing about the war until after he is elected, and he will 'Take care of things'.

Oh, and by the way, remember the college roommates that where born in Pakistan ? They are in charge of all those 'small' Internet campaign contributions for Obama. Where is that money coming from? The poor and middle class in this country? Or could it be from the Middle East ?

And the final bit of news. On September 7, 2008, The Washington Times posted a verbal slip that was made on 'This Week' with George Stephanapoulos. Obama on talking about his religion said, 'My Muslim faith'. When questioned, 'he made a mistake'. Some mistake!

All of the above information I got on line. If you would like to check it - Wikipedia, encyclopedia, Barack Obama; Tony Rezko; Valerie Jarrett: Daily Times - Obama visited Pakistan in 1981; The Washin gton Times - September 7, 2008; The Times May 10, 2008

Well said, glad to see someone else looking for the truth on this guy. I would be real interested to find out how many other people would made a "mistake" when stating their religion.
