We're thinking Papa Spears will tell the court that Brit is a Louisiana girl through and through and therefore her Louisiana driver's license should make do.

8. Don't blame Britney for this, no one in their right mind would take a plea on this, Anyone else would get a ticket then go to court, show them your new license and be done with it. This judge is just trying to get media attention.

10. Arn't there real criminals (felony arrests) that this court room would be better served. Can you believe an assistant DA (big salary, plus benefits) ) is being used to procesute a drivers license case. Oh, by the way when Britney found she was in violation, she immediately got a California license. LA tax payers, your dollars at work. You should be raising HELL with the DA's office. Phone calls can make a difference.
