Porny Pete Shafts Ex-Lover Out of Hu$h Money

Christie Brinkley's ex Peter Cook says he doesn't owe his ex-mistress any more hush money -- because her lawyers are badmouthing him in the press. Now how does that make any sense?

Pervy Pete's lawyers say he's not going to pay Diana Bianchi any more of their $300,000 settlement because her lawyers called him a "wolf" and other choice names when he decided to blab about his marriage to Barbara Walters. They claim Bianchi's breached their confidentiality agreement.

They also claim, as the New York Post reports, Bianchi knew about sex tapes they made and agreed not to complain about them in public.

As a result, Pete is withholding the last $100K from the settlement. That's creative.

5. I don't see why she's getting anything at all. She was just as much in it as he was and enjoyed the gifts she was getting - along with knowing she was screwing Christie Brinkley's husband. Yes, he's a jerk, but she's no angel.

6. No, you're not the only one who feels compassion for this guy. Unfortunately, there are millions of men hooked on animalistic pronography. Christie Brinkley has demonstrated her narcissism and a deeper level of their children's emotional and psychological wellbeing by (publicly) exploiting their personal life and destroying his reputation. She's been married four times which is indicative of her own psychological challenges which are masked by her attractiveness and her "sweet" demeanor. Regarding Bianchi she should be holding her head in shame for getting involved with a married man with children.

HE HAS GOT IT FROM ALL ANGLES,HIS EX WIFE WHO I THINK HAS EMOTIONAL PROBLEMS,AND IS BAD MOUTHING
HIM TO HIS KIDS,AND THEN YOU HAVE THE MUNCHKIN,WHO KNOWS EXACTLY WHAT SHE IS DOING.
I THINK SHE NEW ABOUT THE TAPES,BUT SHE SAID NOTHING ,SO SHE COULD HOLD OUT FOR MORE MONEY.

10. What a idiot this all would of dissapeared if he hadnt gone on Barbara Walters. As far as Im concerned he violated the spirit of any agreement he had with the girl by opening up this can of worms again. If he truely loved his kids he would of kept his mouth shut and not try to make excuses for himself and what did he expect the girls lawyers to say when once again he brought his bad behavior to the media attention once again. This is gonna cost him so much more then he can ever imagine-- his children are gonna grow up having this replayed on youtube for all their friends to see and giggle about.
NumberOneStylst- I would of felt some sympathy for him if he had acted like he made a mistake but all his actions show what a callous thoughtless father (and I use that term loosely since what kind of father puts their children into this media circus). If you want something like this to go away you shut up pay up and try to live better.

She doesn't deserve another penny, and should probably return the first $200,000.00. Case closed.
