Ladies-I am a lady myself and I say if you've got-then you've got. Paid for or not. I don't get these women who are so jealous that they feel better about themselves by putting women who have it down. I say if you're not happy with yourself then you can change it. Stop putting others down.

I cannot imagine anyone wanting to surgically implant foreign objects under their skin ESPECIALLY ones that leak and break and require more surgery to fix, not to mention the fact that they simply do not look natural and they age badly. I am seeing many women having them removed lately. The idea of having my nipple cut off and reattached is also not worth it.
